Ordering and delivery

◉ How are orders confirmed ?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

◉ Why has my order been cancelled?

Orders are generally only cancelled in the event of an out-of-stock issue or at your request.If your order has been cancelled due to an issue beyond your control, we sincerely apologize. In this case, we will always offer an alternative product whenever possible and will process a full refund as quickly as possible.

◉ How do I cancel my order?

There is a short time window between the moment you place your order and the start of its processing. If you contact us immediately after your purchase, we may be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at serviceclients@miyasatelier.com.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may return it upon delivery, in accordance with our return policy.

⚠️ Exception: Customized (made-to-order) items cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once the order has been confirmed, as they are made especially for you.

◉ What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within France and selected international destinations.

For certain countries or oversized creations, a “Shipping quote” button may appear on the product page in order to offer the most suitable delivery solution.

Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product dimensions and transport requirements.

◉ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the items ordered, their dimensions and the destination country.

For certain destinations or oversized creations, a “Shipping quote” button may appear on the product page in order to offer a personalized delivery solution.

◉ Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

◉ Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in excellent condition and returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

⚠️ Exception: Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically for you.

◉ How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via serviceclients@miyasatelier.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

◉ My order has arrived damaged. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take clear photos of the item and contact our customer service team within 48 hours at serviceclients@miyasatelier.com providing your order number and details of the issue.

Payment

◉ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main secure payment methods. You can find the full list directly in the footer of our website.

◉ When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt and validation of your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible (within 14 days).
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been completed.

Misc

◉ Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of 50€, 80€ or 100€.
