TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products offered by MIYA’s Atelier, a sole proprietorship registered with the French Répertoire des Métiers under number 832 681 225, through the website www.miyasatelier.com.

Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered are handcrafted creations including lighting, fragrances, and decorative objects.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, color, or finish may occur.

These characteristics are an integral part of the unique nature of each creation and cannot be considered defects.

Certain products are made to order and may therefore involve an additional production lead time.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are specified during checkout or communicated through a prior quotation for certain destinations or creations requiring dedicated transportation.

Custom duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

MIYA’s Atelier reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS

Orders are validated after:

acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
payment confirmation.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

For certain destinations, oversized pieces, or creations requiring dedicated transportation, orders may require prior validation through the “Shipping Quote | Devis livraison” button available on the product page.

MIYA’s Atelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

previous disputes,
suspected fraud,
logistical or transportation constraints preventing shipment to the requested destination.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are processed through secure payment solutions available on the website.

MIYA’s Atelier does not store customers’ banking information at any time.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTION AND LEAD TIMES

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

As certain products are made to order, an additional production lead time of approximately 10 days may apply, in addition to shipping time.

These lead times are provided for information purposes only.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Delivery conditions (lead times, fees, served areas) are detailed in the Shipping section of the website.

Certain international destinations, oversized creations, or exceptional pieces may require prior transport assessment through the “Shipping Quote | Devis livraison” button available on the product page.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

MIYA’s Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exception

Products made to order, personalized, or specially commissioned at the customer’s request cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, in accordance with applicable legislation.

ARTICLE 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return and refund conditions are detailed in the Return Policy.

Only products returned:

unused,
in perfect condition,
in their original packaging,

may qualify for a refund.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect acknowledged by MIYA’s Atelier.

For certain international orders or dedicated transport services arranged through quotation, personalized shipping fees cannot be refunded once the order has been shipped.
