Shipping Policy

Order preparation

Each MIYA creation is carefully prepared in our workshop in France.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

As some creations are made to order, an additional production lead time may apply before shipment. This lead time is generally indicated on the product page.

Shipping destinations

MIYA’s Atelier currently ships to selected countries and regions.

When standard delivery is not available for your destination, a “Shipping Quote | Devis livraison” button may appear on the product page to offer a customized shipping solution.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier.

Standard-size products

Metropolitan France

Orders below €75: €4.90

Orders equal to or above €75: Free shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Selected European countries

Orders below €100: €12.50

Orders equal to or above €100: Free shipping

For destinations not covered by standard shipping, please contact us via the “Shipping Quote | Devis livraison” button available on the product page.

Oversized Items & Statement Pieces

Some creations, including large mirrors, oversized pieces, and out-of-gauge items, require specialized transportation to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

France & Selected European Countries

Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of each creation. For most pieces, shipping costs are either included in the displayed price or clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

For the largest formats or certain destinations, a personalized shipping quote may be required before your order is confirmed.

Other Destinations

For some international destinations, shipping is available by quotation only.

Please use the "Devis livraison | Shipping Quote" button on the product page. We will review the most suitable shipping solution for your order, taking into account its dimensions, the appropriate transport method, insurance, and estimated delivery times.

Local delivery

Local delivery is free for orders above €100.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to monitor your parcel in real time.

Possible delays

MIYA’s Atelier undertakes to dispatch each order as quickly as possible.

However, delays beyond our control (transportation issues, customs procedures, exceptional circumstances, or periods of high activity) may occur.

In such cases, you will be informed by email regarding the progress of your order.
