RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Article 1 – Inspection of products upon delivery

Customers are required to inspect the condition and conformity of the products upon receipt.

Any issue (damaged product, missing item, incorrect reference, etc.) must be reported within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order by email to:

For international orders or creations requiring specific transportation arrangements, customers are advised to keep the original packaging until the product has been fully inspected.

Article 2 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order, without providing any reason.

Products must be returned exclusively by post, at the customer’s expense, to the following address:

The parcel must include the order reference to ensure proper processing.

For certain international orders, oversized creations, or shipments arranged via quotation through the “Shipping Quote | Devis livraison” button, specific return or transportation conditions may apply. Customers are invited to contact MIYA’s Atelier before sending any return shipment.

Article 3 – Refund conditions

Refunds may only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • the product is returned new, unused, and in perfect condition,

  • it is returned in its original packaging,

  • the order reference is included in the parcel.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect acknowledged by MIYA’s Atelier.

Custom shipping fees or specific transport services arranged by quotation cannot be refunded once the order has been shipped.

For oversized, fragile creations or pieces requiring dedicated transportation (including certain mirrors or exceptional pieces), MIYA’s Atelier may require the use of an appropriate insured shipping service for the return.

Customers remain responsible for all risks related to return transportation until the parcel has been effectively received by MIYA’s Atelier.

Article 4 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order, personalized, or specially commissioned products.

These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Article 5 – Non-conforming or defective products

If a product is received damaged, defective, or non-conforming, customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt to submit a claim by email to:

The request must include supporting evidence, particularly photographs.

After this period, and subject to applicable legal warranties, products shall be deemed compliant and free from any visible defects.

In the event of a confirmed defect, MIYA’s Atelier undertakes to replace or refund the product concerned as quickly as possible and at its own expense.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
