My Story
The brand MIYA was founded in 2017, somewhere between the structure of the tech world and the quietness of the atelier.
Each creation carries the imprint of a journey — Jamaica, Côte d’Ivoire, Paris — and a perspective shaped by travel, materials and encounters.
Behind every piece lies a simple belief: the objects that surround us deserve to be chosen with care, crafted with intention and made to last.
Natural materials. Artisanal gestures. Soft light.
Fibres, linen, travel-inspired details, textures and sculptural forms come together to create pieces where an object becomes a presence.
Pieces that do not simply decorate an interior — they inhabit it.
For me, creating means slowing down. Taking time for the gesture, letting the material speak and imagining objects that tell a story as much as they accompany a living space.
